As the anchor of Technology Management Program (TMP), CRTD directly manages the agri-based technology programs and projects for PBSP's operations throughout the Philippines.

CRTD can be tapped to provide on-site technical assistance and consultancy services needed by farmers and farming Communities. It also offers technical information, resources, and links to other resource centers. These services are also open to other private institutions, NGOs, PO, LGUs and other government agencies.
